PrintQueueFix Alpha 1

Tired of printing queue problems where you wanna print but you accidentally print a document and now its in front of all the print task.
You can't print anything coz the unwanted document is blocking the way. But deleting it wont change anything this is a trouble printer manufacturer's aren't giving any solutions for 2 decades.

This is a nice little program that restarts print spooling without getting into service manager.
